Privacy policy
What we collect
When you take the Fanaticism Readiness diagnostic we store only your answers, your scores, the optional text answer you give, and the contact details you enter: name, work email, company, job title, industry, approximate customer count and, if you share it, your website. When you request a conversation we store the details in that form.
What we don't collect
The free diagnostic never asks for customer data. Please don't share confidential customer information through this website. That happens only during a paid Fanatics Discovery, under a separate agreement.
How we use it
To create and email your result, and to follow up about it, which you consent to when you submit. Answers are interpreted by an AI model to write your diagnosis; your scores are calculated by fixed formulas. We don't sell your data.
Who can see it
Only the Fanatics team, through a secure, signed-in admin area. Your result page can be opened by anyone who has its private link.
Deleting your data
Email dimple@fanatics.in from the address you used, with the subject "Delete my data". We'll remove your diagnostic and contact details and confirm when it's done.
